Christchurch Food Festival are proud to present a unique dining and feasting experience as part of this year’s festival program, hosted by Nomadic Sporadic.

A concept James and Ericka Golding founded in 2023 to bring ‘unique dining experiences to wonderful locations’.

This year, they’ve asked our festival regulars, Welsh Chef Samantha Evans and Shauna Guinn of the award-winning Hang Fire BBQ, to bring their authentic fire cooking to Christchurch. Together, James and Sam will pair seasonal produce with unique flavours, cooked over sustainable British charcoal and fruitwood.

Expect family-style sharing feasts coupled with fantastic drinks from our friends at Bootleg Liquor.
