Beth Nix is the General Manager of Terroir Tapas in Southbourne. Its a zero waste restaurant that thrives on promoting English produce. Terroir only sells English wines that Beth selects for the menus.

Every year the Christchurch Food Festival usually welcomes an estimated 60,000 visitors who come to enjoy an exceptional culinary adventure.
We missed last year, of course, because of COVID-19 – but we will be back with a bang, taking place for the first time over 3 days and coinciding with the August bank holiday.
